to basic concepts in electronics and functioning of electronic components |

Lectures |
Phzsical
principles of diodes. Basic diode circuits. Phzsical principles of bipolar
transistors. Electrical model of transistor-current amplifier. Transistor
switch, Emiter follower, common emiter amplifier, Ebers Moll's transistor
model, current mirrors, push-pull configuration, diferential amplifier,
physical principles of FETs. JFET current sources,FET amplifiers, source
follower,FET as variable resistor, operational amplifiers, golden rules,
inverting and non-inverting amplifier, Schmit trigger, logarithmic amplifier;
Digital electronics, number codes, gates and truth tables examples
realization, TTL CMOS, combinational and sequential logic. DA converters, AD
converters. |
