Aims of the course The main goalis  to introduce  students with technical thermodynamics as a basis for understanding all  processes and heat machines and  scientifically based approach to reality.
Learning outcomes Adopting all basic concepts of technical thermodynamics needed for  better understanding how
heat machines  and cooling devices work.
 .

Contents of the course
Lectures All principles of thermodynamics, Equation of states for ideal gas, Analysis of basic thermo-dynamic processes for ideal gases. Converting heat energy into mechanical work. Combined circular processes. Properties and processes connected with real gas and evaporation. Transport of heat. Working principles  of cooling devices and heat pumps.
